General Rules (Apply to Both Offers)

Valid only for the household that received this door hanger (service address must match). Limit 1 redemption per household (one-time use). Appointment required. To avoid delays, mention the coupon when booking and present the physical coupon to the technician upon arrival. If the coupon is not presented at arrival, it cannot be applied after work begins or after the invoice is issued.

Not transferable. No cash value. Not valid for cash back or account credit. Not valid on past visits, prior invoices, or previously quoted/approved work. Cannot be combined with other coupons, promotional discounts, or special offers (including “stacking” multiple coupons). Void if copied, altered, transferred, sold, or not legible. Moon Air may refuse coupons where fraud/duplication is suspected.

Taxes, permit fees, and other required third-party fees are the customer’s responsibility and are not discounted unless required by law. Residential customers only (not valid for commercial properties / property management bulk billing unless explicitly approved in writing). Offer valid only in Moon Air’s standard service area (MD/DE/PA service territory). Offer subject to scheduling availability.

Offer A: $49 Safety Inspection Coupon (HVAC)

Valid for a standard HVAC safety inspection of one (1) system at the service address.

Excludes oil: Not valid for oil-fired furnaces/boilers or oil-burner systems.

The $49 safety inspection covers inspection only. Repairs, parts, add-ons, or additional diagnostics are not included and will be quoted separately for approval before work is performed.

If additional systems are present (multiple units), additional inspections are available at standard rates.

Offer B: $200 Off “Any HVAC Service”

Valid for qualifying HVAC repair/service work at the service address where the qualifying service subtotal exceeds $200.

Cannot be applied to a diagnostic fee/trip charge. Discount applies only to qualifying repair/service labor and parts, not to diagnostic/dispatch charges.

Not valid toward Club Memberships (maintenance plans / memberships).

Discount is up to $200 and cannot reduce the qualifying service subtotal below $0. Any remaining balance is the customer’s responsibility.

If the invoice includes both qualifying and non-qualifying items, Moon Air will apply the discount only to qualifying items.

Define “HVAC Service” plainly: “HVAC service means heating/air-conditioning equipment service or repair performed by Moon Air at the service address.”

One coupon per visit: “Limit one coupon per service visit.”

What happens if the coupon isn’t shown at arrival: “If you forget the coupon, we can’t apply it later, please have it ready when the technician arrives.”
