Reinstalled missing vane rod in small bedroom indoor heat transfer system. Reviewed previous service with Customer. Stated everything is working great.

Inspected air conditioning system. Customer concerning was discharge line from kitchen indoor heat transfer system in attic was holding water. Explained that the line runs close to horizontal in its length and it will hold water. This is normal. Tested water removal system. Operating properly at this time. Inspected small bedroom unit. Customer stated it never pumps. Explained that Due to the size of the room, once the humidity is controlled it will not pump much. Water removal system tray empty no signs of overflow from tray. Tested water removal system, operating properly. Customer stated felt that the line could be restricted in attic by straps.. checked piping. No restrictions found on any units. Discharge on all units operation at discharge point outside the home.. Found this unit missing rod in horizontal vane. Spoke with supplier to obtain replacment part. Advised customer office will followup when part is obtained. System is operational.

Reviewed installation instructions for condensate pump. Repositioned water sensor to remove kink in siphon line. Slowed down speed of pump to capacity of wall unit. Instructions state that if discharge is below pump it could cause siphoning. Not completely removed. But down to an occasional pump noise from siphoning. Lines go across attic to side of building and to the ground below pump level. Also while reviewing attic piping. Stepped thru kitchen ceiling. Advised customer and office.
