Making an appointment for semi-annual check up was easy. Amanda is always pleasant. The only concern I had this time was the communication on appointment day, I called at 359pm because I had heard nothing and my appointment time was set for after noon. I called the office before closing to see if there was a delay. At 415 pm dispatch called that a tech was on the way'
Performed a Club Rejuvenation tune-up on the HVAC system, replacing the heavily soiled 16x20x1 pleated air filter at the air handler and inspecting the cabinet interior, coil, and ductwork connections. Opened the outdoor condenser control compartment to inspect the circuit board, run capacitor, contactor, and wiring, and verified the electrical connections were secure.
Installed a new Amana high-efficiency gas furnace configured for LP, with PVC combustion air/vent piping, condensate drain line with trap and pump, and flexible gas line connection to the gas valve. Connected the supply plenum and low-voltage/line-voltage wiring, then verified proper burner ignition with a stable blue flame and inducer operation. Installed a First Alert carbon monoxide alarm near the furnace to ensure code-compliant safety coverage.
Commissioned the new gas furnace installation, verifying all low-voltage and control wiring connections at the junction box and terminals for proper termination. Initiated the ignition sequence and confirmed stable, uniform blue flame characteristics across all burner tubes, indicating proper combustion and gas supply. System operation was verified and the unit is functioning within normal parameters.
Commissioned a new ductless mini-split system, mounting the indoor air handler on a plywood backer between wall framing members and routing insulated line set and condensate drain line through the framing. Verified electrical supply at the panel with a clamp meter and confirmed flexible metallic conduit routing and junction box connections. Inspected the installation, finding it clean and secure with no signs of damage, frost, or rust.
Inspected the exterior HVAC unit's electrical junction box and found the cover missing, leaving multi-colored conductors and orange twist-on wire connectors exposed and loosely bundled; the wiring was assessed for secure splices and the junction box was addressed to restore proper enclosure. Evaluated the Rinnai tankless water heater, confirming normal operation with the control panel displaying a 113°F set temperature, intact warning labels, and no visible rust, leaks, or damage to the unit or its piping.

Adrian was very friendly and professional. He took the time to tell us what he found when he serviced our system, including several pictures. He reviewed options for further service, but he did not pressure us to sign up for them. This was an enjoyable service call for us.
