Upon arrival, I began by connecting the monometer to the inducer pressure port and zeroing the meter. After starting the blower motor, I observed no change on the monometer. I then reconnected the pressure switch and initiated the furnace. The furnace successfully lit, and upon the blower motor starting, there was still no change in the pressure reading on the monometer. Throughout the process, I ensured that all safety protocols were followed, and the customer's CO2 detector remained inactive, indicating no issues with carbon monoxide levels. The system operated normally, and the customer confirmed that the detector had not triggered any alarms.

Upon arrival, I identified a tripped breaker in the Generac panel. After resetting the breaker, I observed it pulling 3.4 amps at the furnace. I then repaired a 3/8 copper line leak on the pump discharge. Following the repair, I conducted thorough testing to ensure all systems were functioning correctly. The job was completed successfully, and all components were verified to be in optimal condition.

I conducted a comprehensive maintenance check on the AC components of a gas furnace, achieving a Delta T of 21 degrees. The filter was replaced and labeled with the current date. Electrical readings showed 120v input, with amperage at 2.61 on neutral and 2.68 on common. The fan motor amperage was 2.10 on neutral and 2.11 on common. The air handler and indoor coil drain pan were cleaned, and the pan treatment remained effective. A level one blower cleaning was completed. A smoke test revealed a failure across all heat exchanger tubes, with a potential crack in the fourth tube. The outdoor unit operated in cooling mode, with 241v input and amperage at 9.23 on common. The compressor amperage readings were 8.31 on common, 7.93 on run, and 5.50 on start. The voltage enhancement system was within range, and the coil was clear of debris.

I successfully installed a new propane gas furnace, ensuring optimal efficiency and safety. This involved precise placement of the furnace unit, connecting it to the existing gas line, and conducting thorough testing to confirm proper operation. Additionally, I installed a comprehensive ductwork system to ensure efficient air distribution throughout the space. This included measuring and cutting ducts, sealing all joints to prevent leaks, and balancing the system for even airflow. I also installed a new air conditioning unit, connecting it to the ductwork and ensuring it was securely mounted. Post-installation, I performed a series of tests to verify that both the furnace and A/C were functioning correctly and efficiently.

I conducted a comprehensive maintenance service on two mini split heads, their outdoor condenser, and the AC components of a gas furnace. The filters were removed from the mini splits, hosed off outside, and left to dry in the sun. The plastic covers were removed and cleaned. After running for over 20 minutes, the units achieved an 18-degree delta T. The outdoor unit operated in cooling mode, with a voltage reading of 243v. The coil was sprayed with water to remove debris. The main system also reached an 18-degree delta T, with a voltage reading of 122v. A filter change was necessary but no spares were available. The air handler and indoor coil drain pan were cleaned. The blower passed the tissue test, and the condensate line was cleared of debris. The outdoor unit, a communicating system, showed no codes and operated in cooling with a voltage of 245v. Amperage readings were taken, and the coil was cleaned with water.

Adrian was very friendly and professional. He took the time to tell us what he found when he serviced our system, including several pictures. He reviewed options for further service, but he did not pressure us to sign up for them. This was an enjoyable service call for us.

The rep turned my unit to see of it was working. Explained my fans are not working. I just realized he left my system on after he left.
