Recently, I successfully managed the renewal process for several club memberships in collaboration with Amanda. This involved reviewing and updating membership details, ensuring all necessary documentation was complete and accurate. I coordinated with Amanda to address any queries from club members, providing them with clear information about the renewal process and benefits. Additionally, I handled the financial transactions associated with the renewals, ensuring timely processing and communication with the members regarding their updated membership status.

I conducted a comprehensive maintenance service on six mini split heads and one S series outdoor unit. Each filter was carefully removed and sprayed with water to eliminate dust accumulation. The hard white covers were then taken off and cleaned with an appropriate solution. After operating the system for over 30 minutes, the delta T was recorded at 20 degrees. The outdoor unit was set to cooling mode, and the coil was sprayed with water. The hard plastic cover was also wiped down with a cleaner to ensure optimal performance.

Customer heard system making lound noise once. No noises at this time tested fan in high speed and low checked louvers inspected blower. Checked air filters operation normal at this time

Reinstalled missing vane rod in small bedroom indoor heat transfer system. Reviewed previous service with Customer. Stated everything is working great.

Inspected air conditioning system. Customer concerning was discharge line from kitchen indoor heat transfer system in attic was holding water. Explained that the line runs close to horizontal in its length and it will hold water. This is normal. Tested water removal system. Operating properly at this time. Inspected small bedroom unit. Customer stated it never pumps. Explained that Due to the size of the room, once the humidity is controlled it will not pump much. Water removal system tray empty no signs of overflow from tray. Tested water removal system, operating properly. Customer stated felt that the line could be restricted in attic by straps.. checked piping. No restrictions found on any units. Discharge on all units operation at discharge point outside the home.. Found this unit missing rod in horizontal vane. Spoke with supplier to obtain replacment part. Advised customer office will followup when part is obtained. System is operational.

Reviewed installation instructions for condensate pump. Repositioned water sensor to remove kink in siphon line. Slowed down speed of pump to capacity of wall unit. Instructions state that if discharge is below pump it could cause siphoning. Not completely removed. But down to an occasional pump noise from siphoning. Lines go across attic to side of building and to the ground below pump level. Also while reviewing attic piping. Stepped thru kitchen ceiling. Advised customer and office.
