Throughout the process, I ensured that each tire was handled with care to maintain their integrity and condition. The meticulous organization and attention to detail were crucial in completing the task efficiently and effectively. Furnace cleaning: heat rise was 55. Air filter system was dirty so I changed out with customers extras. Air movement system was clean and clear of all debris and signs of concern or worry. All wiring was clean and secure. Drain line was clean and clear. Flame gateway system was clean and clear of all debris. Flame sensor system was clean and clear. Cleaned off inside and outside of indoor unit with proper cleaner and wipes. System was up and running at normal operation at the end of the visit.

WO-TNFR216765. Installed new 30 gallon electric water heater, water heater pan and expansion tank. Interesting installation due to the size of the closet it was installed in.
Water heater is leaking from supply line Tee. Pex piping and fittings. Water heater is 35 years old manufacture date is 1988. Will need to add shut-off valve on cold water line to isolate water feed line to water heater. There's no shut off valve inline of supply cold water feed to water heater. Made a repair for temporary water until water heater comes in. Will put repair cost towards replacement.

Checked heat strips. Checked drain line evaporator and blower are clean condenser coil Is clean eletracal connections are tight operation normal at this time
Heat rise using gas furnace is 55 degrees. Heat pump is running well. Indoor and outdoor coils have no refrigerant leaks. Heat exchanger is good. Brushed off indoor fan. Changed filter. Cleaned burner system. Cleaned flame safety system. Static pressure is .5 W.C. indoor voltage enhacement system is rated 20uf actual is 20uf. Indoor fan amps are good. Outdoor fan amps are .77. outdoor compressor amps are 9.5. outdoor voltage enhacement system is rated 40/5 actual is 41.6/4.8 and is within the allowable fault. Operation normal at this time.
Club rejuvenation:delta t was 20. Air filter system was dirty so I told customer and they will have to go get more. Air movement system was clean and clear of all debris and signs of concern. All wiring was clean and secure. Drain line was clean and clear of all debris. Evap coil was clean and clear of all signs of concern. Heat movement system had an area of concern so I had a field supervisor come out to quote customer on repair and replacing of unit. Voltage enhancement system was running at 39.1/5uf. Factory spec is a 40/5uf. Voltage gateway system was clean and clear of all debris and signs of concern or worry. Cleaned off inside and outside of outdoor unit with proper cleaner and wipes. System was up and running at normal operation at the end of the visit.
Upon arrival found gas control has failed. System is igniting but not leting gas through gas control will need to be replaced provided estimate to customer
Karen plans to move forward with a silver heat pump and coil. Did not get approval through ally so she plans to work with her credit union tomorrow morning. Left window unit as a courtesy for repeat customer

Replaced voltage enhancement system for air circulation system. Pulled and cleaned off air circulation system. Tightened and put on some new electrical connections. Sprayed down outdoor heat transfer system. Operation normal at this time
Delta T is 20 degrees. Leak searched coil and found no leaks. Cleaned out debris from bottom of unit. Turbo voltage enhancement system is within factory spec. Air circulation system was dirty so I brushed it off. Air circulation voltage enhancement system is not within factory spec with a rating of 12.5uf actual is 11.3uf. this should be replaced. Coils are clean. WD40 wipedown on the unit. RLA and FLA amps are within factory spec. Purged water removal system.

Eletracal connections are tight on outdoor unit voltage enhancement system read within factory spec Voltage gateway is not pitted condenser coil is clean operation normal at this time.
